PDI MARU is operated by CORELINK PARTNERS Co., Ltd. The platform helps foreign residents, families, companies and qualified investors organize housing, rentals and Korea living services.
Free public information
- Public guides, reference prices and source links are general information, not a professional opinion.
- A public candidate is not confirmed inventory, a reservation, a brokerage mandate or a promise of availability.
- Official USFK, Housing Office, immigration, emergency and government information remains controlled by the responsible authority.
Accounts and requests
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in method and avoid uploading passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or full identity numbers. A request is free unless a written quote is shown and accepted.
- PDI may reject unlawful, abusive, misleading or out-of-scope requests.
- Case messages may be translated automatically and are labelled for staff review.
- Account and case access may be suspended to protect customers, providers or the platform.
Suppliers and regulated work
PDI does not treat payment as verification. Providers, listings and inventory require separate identity, authority, rights, quality and freshness review.
- Licensed brokerage, law, tax, accounting, appraisal and insurance work is performed by the properly qualified provider under a separate scope where required.
- Third-party availability, government decisions, landlord acceptance, investment returns and transaction completion are not guaranteed.
Intellectual property and source rights
PDI may link to third-party pages without copying their photographs, descriptions, exact addresses or private contact details. Links do not transfer republication rights. You may not scrape, copy, resell or bypass access controls on PDI or a linked source.
Liability and changes
PDI is responsible for the deliverable and coordination scope written in an accepted quote. To the extent permitted by law, indirect loss and loss caused by inaccurate customer data, third-party interruption or an unavailable supplier are excluded. Material policy changes are dated and shown before the next affected acceptance.
