Storage and protection
Sensitive contact and chat values are encrypted before database storage. Public pages receive masked or non-sensitive fields only. Administrative access is role-checked on the server and actions are logged. Passwords and OAuth tokens remain with the configured identity provider.
Sharing and overseas processing
Data is shared only with processors and qualified providers needed for the requested service. Current infrastructure may include managed authentication in the Tokyo region, Cloudflare-based site and database hosting, and an AI translation processor only when translation is needed. The processing map and safeguards are described in the data-processing notice.
Retention and rights
Consultation contact data is retained only for the stated response and operational period, then anonymized or deleted unless a legal record must be kept. Accounting and transaction records follow applicable retention duties. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or consent withdrawal. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing invalid.
