What can I do without joining?

You can browse public homes, use the setup builder, read Korea guides and submit a multilingual question. A login is required when personal case facts, saved progress or a paid request must be protected.

Why are supplier and professional fees separate?

Rent, deposits, brokerage, transport, repairs, government fees and licensed legal, tax or appraisal work are not PDI service fees. They are disclosed and approved separately.

Does paying guarantee a home, visa, approval or return?

No. The paid result is the stated report, coordination window or project workstream. Availability, government decisions, landlord acceptance and investment results cannot be guaranteed.

Can a company receive an invoice and controlled access?

Yes. Corporate cases can include purchaser and approver roles, an agreed SLA, spend and exception reporting, and a tax invoice request after administrator review.
